When our client, Premier Protein, ran into an issue causing production delays of one of the brand’s most popular product flavors, they wanted to be proactive in addressing the snafu with its customers. They brought the budget and stellar customer service to the table, relying on Air Fresh Marketing's expertise to handle the rest. Instead of focusing only on current customers, Air Fresh used the project as an opportunity to help drive brand loyalty as well as new consumer awareness, using data capture, product trials, and samples. We assisted in the planning and procurement of branded swag, a vehicle wrap, and mobility scooters. We hired several brand ambassadors to hit the streets of Southern California and execute a physical sampling program. Using data-capture techniques, Air Fresh Marketing was able to acquire 800 unique consumer opt-ins, all while expertly stimulating the brand’s consumer engagement with ease.
